The MBBC Medal

Celebrating the achievements of past students, providing inspiration for current students and the Community.

2026 Moreton Bay Boys' College Medallist Aaron Anger

We are proud to honour an Old Boy whose impact reminds us that the true measure of success lies not only in achievement, but in character and connection.

Aaron Anger is remembered as a student who brought an authentic sense of joy to the College community. As a member of Doherty, he was the heartbeat of his form class—someone who instinctively brought people together, ensured those around him felt seen and valued, and infused everyday moments with humour and warmth. Aaron demonstrated that a classroom is not only a place for academic growth, but for building relationships and shaping character.

Today, Aaron has carried these same qualities into his professional life in healthcare. As a podiatrist, he combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy, creating a level of care that extends beyond treatment to truly supporting the individual. His natural ability to put others at ease reflects a deep sense of compassion that continues to define his impact.

Aaron exemplifies the College values of Teamwork, Engagement, Care, and Character. His journey is a powerful reminder to our students that while academic success is important, it is one’s character that leaves a lasting legacy.

In recognition of the genuine care he shows for others and the positive way he represents the College in his work and life, we are pleased to honour Aaron Anger as the 2026 College Medallist.
