At MBBC our pastoral care focus is on developing boys that are equipped to tackle the world beyond the College gates. We do this through our emphasis on the development of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Learner Profile attributes. IB learners strive to be Inquirers, Knowledgeable, Thinkers, Communicators, Principled, Open-minded, Caring, Risk takers, Balanced and Reflective. From Prep through to Senior, boys use this language in consideration of their own personal development and their relationships with others in the community.
